Hi folks!
After some time, I have finally been prompted to start a kids' self-defense, BJJ, and wrestling school at LA Hybrid Catch and BJJ Academy here in Halifax. Most know about my background and credentials in the wrestling and MMA world, and I am now committed to bringing my methods and strength to the kids of today so they can stand up for what they believe in and support their families as they grow older. With our list of goals and milestones, we are sure we can secure their bodies and minds to protect themselves and others in a fun and safe environment.
LA Hybrid Catch and BJJ
LA Hybrid Catch and BJJ is a premier online training platform that offers hybrid catch wrestling and BJJ training sessions. Our experienced coaches have trained around the world, including Japan, the USA, and Brazil. Our aim is to help you achieve a high level of skill through our online training programs.
LA Hybrid Catch, in and of itself, is a bit of an irony. Wrestling, in its earliest inception, was all-inclusive; takedowns, submissions, heavy throws, chokes, and cranks were all available. After some time, wrestling was stripped down into parts. Now we have collegiate (folk style), Greco-Roman, freestyle, and catch-as-catch-can wrestling.
All these styles were one. So LA Hybrid Catch, as a goal, is to reunite all the styles back into one.
